Juggling

27 May

Picked up Stephen and my passports from the Kazak consulate this morning. No queuing today, straight in and out. Although queuing today wouldn’t have been so bad as there was a strange guy outside practicing his juggling act, while he waited to submit his documents.

From there I hot footed it to the Mongolian consulate and submitted my passport, and then off to the Kyrgyz Embassy to submit Stephen’s.

We’re still waiting on a letter of introduction to Uzbekistan before we can apply there, but that should arrive later this week.

After a job interview this afternoon I’ve got a trial shift tomorrow at a Bella Italia Restaurant, to help raise some more rally funds. This is my second attempt. Earlier I tried my hand at making baguettes from 4am to 9am in Clapham Junction... let’s just say it didn’t work out.
