Tim, meet Mr Suzuki. Mr Suzuki, meet Tim.
23 JunA busy first day in London for Tim, starting with depositing his passport at the Uzbekistan Consulate, and then trying to find a months accommodation in London prior to the start of the rally. A successful day on both accounts however.
There was time to check out the Suzuki though. It’s been good to get a second opinion on the condition of the car. Over the next few days we intend to make a list of further work required, and come up with a plan for getting it, and our other rally preparations completed. Hopefully the immediate couple of weeks will be spent getting all of our camping gear and spares together, and then we’ll spend one week finishing off the bits and pieces on the car.
